Welcome to Notch Party Booths. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Payments

A signed agreement and the required deposit are needed to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Cancellations made after the final payment has been received may not be eligible for a refund.

Event Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring there is adequate space, Wi-Fi, a nearby power outlet, and safe access to the event location. Delays caused by venue restrictions, late access, or client-related issues may reduce the operating time of the photo booth without refund.

Equipment & Damage

Our equipment remains the property of Notch Party Booth at all times. The client accepts responsibility for any loss or damage caused by guests through misuse, negligence, or intentional acts.

Photo & Video Content

All photos and videos captured during your event will be provided to the client. We will only use event images for marketing or promotional purposes with the client’s consent.

Service Interruptions

While we take every precaution to ensure reliable service, we are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, power outages, internet failures, or other unforeseen events. If equipment issues arise, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve them promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services booked. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
